My Memory

Jak Jun 09, 2009

it was fun to play one on one with u man.
we are the few asian that could jump above the rim.
I quited basketball after my knee injury, and thought I could still look up to u.
but..I never thought I couldn't see u dunk again.

Life are short in basketball.

play with u again next life if there's one

No Tomorrow - AC & Mao

NO TOMORROW
- Ac & Mao

<<Rap Verse 1>>
Yo, it’s hard tryna find a path you can’t even see
it’s even harder growing up with an abnormal dream
Tryna strive to be the best artist you can be
Ain’t gonna quit! Still ain’t settling for lose or defeat.
Life is way too short to just be satisfied
I’m only 25, but wait, tomorrow I might die
So, while I still have time, while I’m still alive
I might as well create a dream, then, I can call it mine

<<Singing Verse 1>>
From the day I was born I
wanted to make this dream come true
From the pain that I’ve gained I’ve learned that
Life! has its highs and lows
Now that I know that, there ain’t no turning back (NO)
Brought myself higher and higher
From all these, tears and laughter

<<Rap Verse 2>>
I’m either halfway there, or I’m nowhere near
Ain’t no fear, one day, Imma clear what’s unclear
Still, year by year, I’m still here
Still sincere to make rap my career
Yah, you gotta treat life as your masterpiece
I even got a tatti, “Create Your Own Destiny”!
Just to remind me that I live each and every day for me
I retreat then repeat until my mission’s complete

<<Chorus>>
From every second that passes I ain’t turning back
All that I’ve worked for I gotta cherish what I have
Can’t (be afraid) to conquer your past
Gotta let your every moment last
Live each and everyday like theres no tomorrow
I never give in cuz it’s in my soul
I ain’t no quiter, I’m proud of the path I chose
Every note and every line that I wrote
Represents me, yes it shows
I’ll live each and every day like there’s no tomorrow

<<Rap Verse 3>>
Whenever I dream, it would tell me about my future
That the opportunities just around the corner
Just the glimpse of hope that will make me stronger
The only motivation that can push me further
I’m paying my dues, so I can stop this suffering
Hustling and grinning just so I can do my thing
After all i've been through, I ain’t scared of nothing
You wana way out then just keep fighting

<<Singing Verse 2>>
In the past, when I was weaker
Would always let them get me down
Nowadays, what they say, will make me stronger
I gotta turn my life around
Now that I know that, there ain’t no turning back (NO)
Brought myself higher and higher
From all these, tears and laughter

<<Rap Verse 4>>
To be on top of the world you gotta learn to sacrifice
There aint to slowing down once you’ve taken flight
But despite all that, my dream is my life
So I gotta keep on reaching for that limelight.
Big ups to all you dreamers who still have hope
Risking your own life walking on that tight rope
Hanging by thread with the future still unknown
Living each and every day like there’s no tomorrow

<<Chorus>>
From every second that passes I ain’t turning back
All that I’ve worked for I gotta cherish what I have
Can’t be afraid to conquer your past
Gotta let your every moment last
Live each and everyday like theres no tomorrow
I never give in cuz it’s in my soul
I ain’t no quiter, I’m proud of the path I chose
Every note and every line that I wrote
Represents me, yes it shows
I’ll live each and every day like there’s no tomorrow...

My Memory with AC

B Sep 08, 2008

I first saw Aaron at the Dolphin Park Tournament when I was about 16, it was the first time I've seen an asian man dunk. It was simply awesome. A few years later when I've graduated and played open gym every Fridays at Burnett/Thompson I saw him there, and as always an icon, an inspiration and a ball of talent. Every eye was on him whenever he played. Although I never got the chance to talk to him then he was always someone to watch. Couple years after that when we moved to Cambie to play basketball, I finally had the chance to talk to him and play with him as well. Even though my friends and I were the only girls playing, he'd let us join and have fun with us. He was always nice and accepting. And not many guys are like that, especially when you're as good as "AC." It was kind of ironic to notice that the last time I saw AC was at the Dolphin Park Tournament as well. I didn't know too much of his music career or anything personal. I think it was only the Friday night open gym that I saw but it was still something. I can never forget a person like him. May his soul rest in peace and watch over us as we live to our fullest as he did and try to *create our own destinies* ... goodbye AC

My Memory

Aaron was a talented, athletic member of the Tae Kwon Do community. He won medals at Provincial championships and thrilled the audience with his flying side kick over 14 students. Aaron always showed respect towards his peers and adults, and exhibited leadership by teaching and encouraging the younger athletes to perform.
Aaron, may you rest in peace. You'll be missed.

Dear AC.

I remember you're passionate for music, basketball and TKD. I still remember I was grade 11 when I first heard about you. It was stories about how amazing and skillful you are when playing basketball. Soon after, it was the handsome and attractive Sunshine Boys winner and finaly, the rapper from Am3ition. I'd never told you but you are a true star in my heart. No, you are a true talented superstar with an angelic heart. I will always pray for you and I will always remember your affection towards music. It was my pleasure to meet you. Indeed, you left too soon but you left great impact on us. Many are inspired by you, AC. Thank you. May you rest in peace and see you some day in heaven.

I've met with Aaron briefly once after his performance at the atlantis night club. He's such a talented musician! I've seen him play basketball once too. He was a great player. I am so sad to hear what had happened to Aaron.

Rest in Peace, Aaron. The bad guys shall turn themselves in.

It was so unfair to Aaron...

Aaron~ I will always remember you!!

Too Soon!

Neal Turner Aug 26, 2008

Aaron had a passion for music and it showed through his hard work as a producer and artist. Not a day will go by in which I don't think about him. He was too good of a person to leave so soon.
