Andy Palacio Tribute

The last time I saw Andy Palacio perform was at the Y-not Island on November 17th, 2007. I arrived at the concert late but managed to squeeze my way through the crowd so I can get to the front. As usual, I wanted to be up close so I could absorb all of what Andy and the Garifuna Collective was dishing out! And boy, did I have a hell of a time! It was the best concert I had ever attended and the memory of that night will live on with me for the rest of my days. However, little did I know that would have been the last time I would see Andy Palacio perform live. But like I said, 2007 was Andy's time and God's plan for him. This too (his death) is his time and God's plan for him. May he Rest in Peace!

Andy has fullfilled his hopes and dreams in the Garifuna heritage. His legend will live on for he inspired many novice in their infantile lives. I will missssss your smile and your bounced when you step up!!1

Andy will be sadly missed by everyone he came encountered with him. I personally will missed him for his sense of humour and intelligence.
