He was like a Brother to me.

Mark Evans Nov 19, 2008

We met back in 1978 working for a vendor who had a contract for fixing Subway Trains. Benny was the boss and put me to work with this guy named Louie, after working with Louie that night I asked Benny for a partner I could work with,He looked around and said "you want to work with the hippie" and called espo over,we were partners and friends from then on. We worked in Jamica Barn for acouple of years and then went to Coney Island. We would go to the Gym after work and work out and swim and hang out in the sauna and mess with anyone we could it was some of the best times of my life. We joined the T.A. in 1981 and worked in the 207th street barn in Manhatten. We had a blast there,we were hired with all of the guys we worked with the vendor. All of the T.A. guys were so happy to see us because they didn't hire anyone for that title in 15 years. We made a home there.Anyway, I've known espo for almost 30 years and I can truly say he was one of my closest and dearest friends ever, he was no phony and we always laughed together. I went to see Maureen about 2 weeks ago to give her a card and some money we collected at work,When she met me at the door she asked if it was me that called his cell phone I said yes and she said I knew it was me,and she told me she does the same thing just to hear hie voice.Maureen also said that she goes in his van and sits there because it smells like him when he would get home from work.Maureen is a strong women and the children are strong to,God, please help her and the Esposito Family and friends to cope with this great loss of MY DEAREST FRIEND.......ESPO........
