Three weeks before Bernie Mac passed away at such a young age, my husband died from the VERY SAME condition. He was 54. My heart goes out to Bernie's family, for I know exactly what you all went through during his hospitalization; how hope seemed greater every day until the proverbial rug was jerked out from under him.
