Beverly Batok aka Mama Tribute

Mama touched the lives of others where ever she was. She was an amazing person and the most giving of herself and her talents of anyone I've ever known. I learned giving from her.

People would come up to her 20 year after their first meeting and tell her how her words had changed or redirected their lives. Many people came to know God from knowing my Mother. If someone needed a place to sleep they would find it at Mama's. If they were hungry, she would feed them. If they needed clothing she would make something for them! She taught them by showing them. She taught love by loving.

My Mother was an amazing, gifted and talented person...my best friend for over 50 years.
