Buck Adams Tribute

Sorry to hear about your death. You and your movies were the best thing in my life for years.

Through the graciousness of Buck's sister, Amber Lynn, we were able to interview Buck over the telephone at the eleventh hour for our biography on John Holmes (A Life Measured in Inches) in May 2008. (We had spent months trying to track him down.) I had the opportunity to speak with Buck for 90 minutes and found him to be affable,charming and a hilarious story-teller. He shared some great stories about John (in particular, the one about Buck and John encountering a guy in a Santa Claus suit in San Francisco in the mid-1980s) for our book. My co-author Jennifer Sugar and I appeared at a book signing event in Michigan the day we learned of Buck's death. We were both very saddened to learn the news of his passing and are so pleased we were able to speak with him and include his memories of John for our book. I will always think of Buck Adams fondly. RIP

Buck was a great man. I hung out on the fringe of the porn industry for many years in the early 90's when I was friends with Rodney Potts aka Cal Jammer. Was very sad to hear Buck had died. RIP.

Buck did NOT die from Aids. He actually died from a Stroke. I am his daughter and I know this to be a FACT. Please refrain from Lies.
