finding out you left us broke my heart. you were an amazing guitarist and screamer. no one can ever take your place. we all know your watching over your family, friends in the band, and all your fans. we miss you casey. and we all love you. rest in peace. you were a true inspiration.

The first time i heard Hawthorne Heights was when i was when i was 10 in 2006. I fell in Love with them since. I had never really met Casey but it felt like ihad met him so many times though his beautiful voice. I had never been a big follower of the band and only recently found out about it. It has affected me in the hugest way possible H.H were an Insparation to me andi will never forget the wonderful sound Casey bought into the band. R.I.P Casey. We Miss You.x

I LOVE HAWTHRONE HEIGHTS MUSIC. I love Ohio is for lovers for the screamer and lead guitarist Casey. I saw in internet that Casey is no more(at 2010).I cant tell how this news hurts me... But i know Casey is not dead..He is on our memory...and he help all true fans....and he loves them also..

i went to warped tour 07 in Cleveland. (the one with the storm) we walked over to the main stage to check out where each band was playing, and i heard that chilling strum. that place just erupted when as soon as they started playing Ohio is for lovers. just happened to be my favorite song, and I'm from Ohio so i have a special connection with that song. I'll never forget hearing them play. they just weren't the same without Casey. didn't know you Casey, but i miss you. i know you're still rocking, looking down at us all on earth.

Peace to Casey, he was taken from us far too young. I feel a connection because I have suffered depression too, I even took the same medication he was taking. I'm not good with words and I find it hard to say how sad I feel for this loss, but big hugs to you Casey wherever you are, you touched a lot of people through music, no one can scream quite like you did :) Hawthorne Heights were a soundtrack to certain points in my life and I will never forget their songs, more so because Caseys screaming was on those tracks.

Rest in peace.

You and your bands music has helped me through some real hard times, i can't express just how grateful to you i am for this great favour you unwilling have done, and how you have unknowingly have helped me a great deal.
I have the deepest respect for you Casey, struggling through depression is a torture nobody deserves, what i have felt can only be a fraction of what you had to go through.
It's the saddest thought to know i will never be able to meet you and thank you Casey, all i can do is say these words in your memory.
