i was in 6th grade, in 2004, i first heard your song Ohio Is For Lovers and i completely fell in love with you. you amazed me and gave me hope. i respected you so much for all the demons you faced and how through everything you went through, you still had the goofy smile on your face no matter what. it was my one dream that one day i could meet you and thankyou for shaping my life. November 25th 2007 was the day that my whole world stopped. it was the day when my hero turned into my angel. that is what i believe you to be casey, because when i was going through the toughest part of my life and i felt like no one was there, i knew you would protect me and i knew that i could make it through, just like you had. no one in this world has changed and helped me like you have casey and i am angry at myself for never getting the chance to meet you. i heard that you were an amazing man, but i dont think thats a strong enough word. i wear your shirt with pride and i tell people about how amazing you were. you were the one stability in my life and even though you are gone, i will never forget you. OUR HEARTS ARE HEAVY AND LIGHT WE LAUGH AND SCREAM AND SING OUR HEARTS ARE HEAVY AND LIGHT <3 my heart will be with you everyday for eternity and the tears i cry are for you. i miss you casey, Rest In Peace.

the first time i heard h.h. iwas 13 it was 2009 and i picked silence in black and whit delux edition andi watchedthe dvd and two weeks later i googled you and found out you had passed on i creid for about a day . i fell in love with your throat tearing roars and and i cant listen to "the transition" any more becaus i will cry at the memory of you rock on in heaven casey.

This isn't meant to sound hypocritical, but i can genuinely say i was never obsessed with HH, i liked some songs, but didn't know a lot about the band. I remember the day it happened, i was gutted, and i can't think how upset everyone within the band, friends and family, and other fans felt. Casey Calvert, you will always be in our hearts. We laugh, scream and sing. R.I.P Casey, you will never be forgotten.

I can' believe it'll be a year tomorrow....Just thinking about it makes me cry.
I met Casey once.
It was Warped Tour 2005, my first ever, in St. Louis, MO and him and J.T. were just walking around the venue and nobody noticed them, except for me. I walked up to them and asked for his autograph and we talked for a little bit. He was so nice and down to earth, and real funn.y He told me I could do anything that I wanted when I told him I wanted to be a musician..his words will stick with me forever.

I remember this more than near anything else. When news hit I was devastated. I heard it the day it was released and I hit my knees. I couldn't help but thinking about how much I loved this band and now it was dead. The band is still together but it means nothing without Casey to me. He made the band where they were. I loved him very much. Every year from here on at school, I am hanging flyers up everywhere in memory of Casey.

wow its so krazy now tht your gone! Your missed by many, including me! i never got to meet you, god i wish i could have! i had the chance 1 time, at fall ball o7' i think! Tucson,AZ! yah i was gunna go bt plans didn't go as i wished!! but you seemed liked an amazing person! every1 in your life is sure lucky to have known u!! you and HawthorneHeights are my world!!
