The past 24-hours has been difficult to say the least; George is doing okay and is in stable condition according to hospital sources.  This is devastating news of how one complex and unimaginable life of a family that is under a magnifying glass every minute of the day can take a toll of those who are living it, but this is the situation here.  This horrible nightmare that no family would ever want to live, the Anthony’s have had no choice. 

I am not speaking on behalf of any of the family, but as I sit here to give you, Caylee’s Myspace friends an update on things, my heart floods with tears and the news of George just breaks my spirits.  George, the man who would hug your cares away needs our hugs now, so I am asking as you continue to make comments to Caylee please feel free to leave a nice message of hope and strength for her papa too [I know George will read the site when he returns home]. George came into my life last year as my father had just passed from lung cancer and I can say the hugs and friendship he provided me over the past many months [despite the turmoil he is living] will not be forgotten.  As we continue throughout our day, let your prayers and thoughts be heard and please extend them to the entire Anthony family at this time. - Michelle Bart

New Year Updates: January 8, 2009

Happy New Year!

On behalf of the Anthony family and that of Caylee Marie, thank you for all the nice messages during the holidays.  Also, thank you for all the kind notes and messages that you sent me this past week; surgery went well and I am now home resting.

Services for Caylee Marie are still in planning stages and as soon as we have any information we will post it on www.helpfindcaylee.com and also here on Caylee's Myspace site.

I am still working on another National Vigil for Hope and encourage anyone across the country that wants to host a site in your own community to please e-mail me at helpingheroes@earthlink.net with the subject line: National Vigil for Hope Site Location.

We all wish you a Healthy and Happy New Year and we thank you for your continued support and prayers over the past six months.  We encourage you to continue and send your comments to the family and I will post as quickly as I can.

I love green beans, eating corn with my hands, iced animal crackers and an apple juice would be a great snack after playing outdoors with my two little dogs. I like Sponge Bob Square Pants and my favorite book is 'Supper Time Freida Fuzzy Paws.' If you could not guess, I love purple and pink, butterflies, and balloons!
I went missing sometime after June 16, 2008 but on December 11, 2008 I was found and now with your help we must continue moving forward to help other little kids that are missing to come home too.
