Charles “Charlie” Santisteban, 43, worked as a Field Operations Supervisor 1 at the SoCalGas Pasadena Base. He worked for the company almost 20 years. He is survived by his wife Clara and their three children Clarissa, 19, Caitlyn, 16 and Charlie 10.
