I offer my sincerest sympathies to the family & friends of Chantel, I just wanted to sat to those grieving that no matter how tragic and senseless a death may be that it will not be in vain. May Chantel's memory and story help to promote safer regulations and quicker responses to missing people's of high-risk status.
