Every time Mr. Weng came to the Duluth office he made sure he came to see the girls in the cafe and eat breakfast . He was one of our favorites and he and his smile will truely be missed! May the Lord be with you and his family. He truely was one of a kind.

Proverbs 1824
A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly : and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.
what a blessing Chuck has been to many, he has been a great Christian example. His family must be very proud that he made so many lasting friends, and we were blessed by his good companion through the years.
Farewell Chuck, until we meet again in the courts of the Lord!

I first met Chuck five years ago when he transferred to Columbus from LA at EMC. After working with him for a brief period I knew he was an exceptional man of integrity and character. He was thorough in performing his job, supporting his customers, and fellow colleagues, often selflessly sacrificing personal time to pull shifts where needed, and getting the job done no matter what it took. He was also a good friend of mine who inspired me to become stronger when faced with adversity, and offered encouragement and support when I needed it most.
Farewell my friend. I look forward to seeing you again in the reunion to come.
I met Chuck around 4 years ago at Aflac where he supported our EMC SAN systems. He was always ready to help and always had kind words and a really big smile. It was always a distinct honor to work with him and to hear his gentle greetings. You will be missed Chuck!
God bless you and your family Chuck.

Chuck was more friend than colleague to me.
More times than I can count Chuck jumped in to help someone out with an account. His, yours, or someone elses it did not matter.
If you had helped him Chuck would "go to the firewall" to help you. Iron Man of Columbus, Mr. Timex (takes a licking and keeps on ticking), and after an car incident 'Crash' were nicknames respectfully given to a man who seemed invincible.
Chuck was a bright light in our lives both personally and professionally.
Chuck was an exceptional person. He was dedicated to his work and always did his best. He serviced our customers with excellence and had an exceptional rapport with them. He will be missed!
These are a collection of comments from the EMC email thread... Some of the people might have come on and post since then but I wanted to share these comments anyways...

Chuck was the ultimate volunteer….he was a gentlemen … and a good man… It is a terrible loss to our Team and to EMC
For the past 5 years I have had the distinct pleasure in having Chuck work for me....Chuck was a good man, a man of integrity. A man who enjoyed his job, and loved the people that he worked with. An upright and honest man..The ultimate Volunteer, and would always assist to help out his fellow co-workers and Customers. A person who never said no...and true to his word. A person who valued life and the people that were in it. A true Friend and brother to all
Chuck seldom took any credit for anything that was good that happened at work, and always stated it was a Team effort. It is a terrible and tremendous loss to both EMC and the people who knew him. Chuck will be greatly missed.
Rest in Peace my Friend
Joe Celeste
Most of us never met Chuck, but we worked with him daily.
Definitely one of the most kind-hearted, amiable, and hard-working men I've ever known.
He has been missed by all of us here at EMC and will be missed by all those who have had the benefit of knowing him, the world was a better place with him around.
Condolences, Connie Salcido

I worked with Chuck in LA for so many years before he transferred to GA. He was a true comrade and a great one to be associated with. I am sure Chuck will be missed by those who knew him well. I already missed him…

This is tremendously sad news. Chuck and I would joke with one another each time met. He always expressed the kindest remarks and seemed to have a bottomless smile. My deepest condolences to his family and to those who knew him.

My deepest condolences to the entire region,

I worked as the administrator in Chuck's group in Atlanta. Whenever Chuck was visiting the office he would round the corner and shout out "Hay Lady" I knew I would look up to big smile, a hearty hug and a little friendly conversation! I admired Chuck's love of country, love of family and enuine love of people. He is one of the good guys; heaven's gain!
I feel cheated to have only known Chuck for 5 years in reality, and wish it had been many, many more. His positive enthusiasm was constantly being shed to all he encountered, and he always made everyone laugh (the real belly laugh kind). It was also amazing to me that we had some of the same friends both in MA. and CA.
Chuck was all about family, and I don’t ever remember speaking to him off EMC time, that either Carol and / or his granddaughter were always with him. Like so many of Crash’s friends, he had a tendency to think with his stomach. While in route to a site someone asked where we could get some good chicken. Before others could answer, I said there is no La Pollo Loco on the east coast, looked at Crash, and it appeared he had transcended to CA and was actually enjoying the aroma in downtown Irvine with his eyes closed and a wide grin.
When I first met Chuck it was a brother''s love at first site. We became instant friends. Chuck and I did not speak everyday and truth be told we only saw each other maybe four times, but when we saw one another there was an instant understanding and joy. There are so many things I could say, there are so mant thoughts I could reveal, yet none could really express the type of friend Chuck Weng really was.
Chuck, we all will cross thisChilly River of Jordan one day. That being said, I will not say good-bye I will just say good night. I will see you in the morning.
Chuck thanks for your friendship & Love and support , all of us at EMC will miss you.
A one of a kind friend . May God Bless Your Soul, and you rest In peace. "The A TEAM "
