I am very sorry to hear of your loss. I did not know Constable Worden, but I grieve for his loss along side y'all. At a time such as this we grope for an answer in what seems like a heavy cloak of consuming darkness. We must always remember, though, that our law enforcement service members, whomever, wherever, or for whatever agency deserve our unfailing respect; and in moments such as these, our proudest honour.
I wanted to extend my heart felt condolences to Christopher's wife and beautiful daughter. I did not know Christopher but it breaks my heart he was so young and his young daughter will not get to know her dad and his wife is now left alone:(__Love to you all and I will pray.__Pam Roche
My heart so goes out to the family of this brave fallen officer. Words such as tragic, sad....... All apply in this situation. My heart and prayers go out to the family, I just wish I had some or even any words that could provide any comfort, but at a time like this I know there just aren't any.
We the people of Canada, ever single one of us has suffered a loss with the passing of Officer Worden. Not anything like the loss experienced by his family and friends but a loss none the less. We have lost a fine young man that was working to make Canada a better place for all of us. On a daily basis he, as do all police officers, was willing to put his very live on the line to serve and protect the rest of us. He made the ultimate sacrifice, he in fact did lay down his own life to serve and protect us all.
How can anyone of us possibly hope to find the words that adequately describe our gratitude and admiration for such a fine young man.
What can I say to the family other than I am so sorry for your loss and the pain you are feeling. To the parents I say thank you for bringing such a wonderful young man into this world. To Mrs. Worden the wife, I say thank you for sharing your husband with the rest of Canada.
May God bless you all.
