Heartfelt Thoughts and Prayers

Shannon (Rhinelander, WI) Oct 14, 2007

My heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to the victims’ family, friends, the whole Crandon and surrounding communities. I grew up in Crandon and now live in Rhinelander and still have many family and friends in the Crandon area. I pray for strength and comfort for you all. I know that you all have been going through some tough times and there are many more tough days to come; but I hope and pray that as time goes by the pain will lessen more each day.
Cherish the memories you have of your lost loved ones. Preserve your photographs as they can become yellowed and discolored over the years. I know you are not thinking of these things right now but I hope you will in time. You can scrapbook them or at least buy an album that is acid and lignant free as that is the most important things when preserving your photos.
Please tell your loved ones that you love them and how much they mean to you – do not assume they know. We never know when our time or their time will come.
There is a saying never go to bed mad. Well you can not help how you feel sometimes. Just because you are upset with someone doesn’t mean you do not love them. I always say – I always love you – no matter what – I just don’t always like you or not that I don’t like you – I don’t like what you did. So reach out to your loved ones make sure they know you love them and how much they mean to you. One never knows if that will be the last time you see them.
Please know that your loved ones are in a much better place. You will meet up with them again someday. Until then know they are not far they are with you always in your heart and here on earth watching over us as Angels.
May God be with you all!
