Dave Hinton Tribute

with a very heavy heart, we the hinton+grusich family would like to share with you the sad news that, dave hinton, founder of hinton+grusich died on the afternoon of march 22, 2010.

dave died peacefully with his family surrounding him. the entire h+g team feels a tremendous loss and we will rely upon your support during this difficult time.

dave opened our business with bill in may 1986, and while he retired in the middle of the last decade, he was still very much an active part of the h+g family. he was fiercely proud of the company he worked so hard to build, and he regularly called to talk to the h+g family.

services will be held in the chicago suburb of la grange, where dave lived.

we are so proud of all that dave accomplished within the hotel industry, and the encouragement he provided to so many people during their careers. so many of you touched his life, and together we will continue to realize his vision.
