Q. What was denise shea's family life like?
A. Denise had a storybook family life. Her devoted husband Eric was her knight in shining armor. He adored her and he always let her know how much he loved her. Flowers would appear at her doorstep when he was away on business or just because he knew how much she loved them. He appreciated Denise in every way. Denise was blessed with a wonderful and gorgeous son, EJ who brought her more happiness in her lifetime than is imaginable. He made his mother proud each day. EJ married a beautiful woman, Kristen a couple of years ago, whom Denise also adored and treated like her daughter. And Denise, for the last few years, was blessed to have her mother with her. Denise and her mom were as close as could be and towards the end of her life, Thelma cared day and night for her darling girl. Denise was fortunate to have her mom with her up to the end. The Shea household was always full of cheer. Denise loved to have dinner parties, She loved having her friends and family around. Good food, lots of great wine and wonderful conversation was always to be expected at the Sheas. In her home, she was the queen and everything she did was, well, perfect--from the table setting to the food. She was the quintessential hostess.

Q. Did denise shea have siblings? Were they close?
A. Denise had one younger brother, Mark. She and Mark were very, very close from an early age. They spoke every day and adored each other. Mark's life was tragically taken about three years ago in a fatal car accident. I don't believe Denise ever recovered this tremendous loss. Mark's life partner, Ed, remains close to the family and brings comfort to everyone.
