A. dereck loved all sports but he really loved football and baseball and was very good at both i miss sitting on the bleachers and cheering him on but im sure now that he is in heaven cheering his new nieces and nephews on in anything they decide to do.

A. he would put on this ugly suit and pose and tell me he was going to be a jc penny model and it would make me laugh he always made me laugh and i really miss that.

Q. What is a funny childhood memory you have of Dereck Sheldon Corne?
A. we lived i a duplex apartment and dereck was about 3 and a half his daddy and i were asleep one morning and we heard a knock on the door so i answered it and there stood dereck with a big grin on his face and i said dereck what and how in the world did you get and side and he said with all the innocense in the world "moma chris told me to jump out of the window so i did"and i couldnt fuss for laughing cause even as scary as it was that he was outside it was the look on his face i wont forget....but one important lil footnote we were just really glad that chris didnt tell him to jump from the upstairs window!

A. i think in all we gave dereck a good family life for the short time we had him,he was happy and he loved us all

A. YES, Older brother Chris, Younger brothers Michael and Matthew, younger sisters Beth and Jessica. They were all very close to one another, and have continued this closeness as he would have wanted.

A. yes he always loved to tell the story about the time him and big brother chris stripped little brother michael naked and locked him outside and when we got home michael was up a tree naked they got in trouble but not until we all stopped laughing ofcourse michael didnt see the humor at that time but he finally got use to hearing it and it always makes us laugh to this day thinking about dereck telling that story and laughing so hard.
