Douglas Norrell Tribute

When I was younger he would bring his girlfriends home and I would do my best to sit between them. He was such a great brother I could not bare to think he would go away. I miss him so much life is just not the same without him. He tought me what real music was. He had strong shoulders that the world could cry on. He was always lending a helping hand rather he knew you are not. I thought for a time there he was running a homless shelter. I asked him once why. why would you put your own needs aside for people you barely know he simplely stated why not

He was a very special man that had his life cut short, at an early age. He was always there for me and made me laugh like crazy. I loved shooting pool with him We could play us some pool for hours! He was my second dad. He never treated me any different than the others. All I had to do was call him and he would be there in a flash. He was a wonderful father to his children and loved kids. He liked the idea of being 'poppy' and grandpa. I know that hes with my dad and they are watching over us kids. I miss you and love you Daddy Doug!
