Dustin Robert Moyer was born on June 26, 1990 in Conroe, TX to Richard and Lisa Moyer and died in Kingwood, TX on January 9, 2007 at the age of sixteen. Dustin had attended schools in Splendora ISD from Kindergarten until seventh grade. He then attended schools in Kingwood where he is a tenth grader at the High School.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Eugene Sipe and is survived by his parents, Richard and Lisa, three sisters, Shantel, Arianna, and Jordyn; four brothers, Richard, Jr., Derek, Ryan, and Jarrod; and numerous other relatives
