A GOLDEN HEART beats no more, hardworking hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us he only takes the best. God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So he put his arms around you and whispered "COME TO ME."

What a woman

Maggie Nov 07, 2008

What a woman that birth me into this world. What a woman that raised so many children with steady hand. What a woman that released us upon the world with a gentle hand. What a woman that remember all the good in everyone. What a woman that spend time sharing what is important in this life time. What a woman that shed tears that no one saw. What a woman that prayed a pray daily for her children and the people she loved dearly. Words will never express what she left behind to move foward to that her presence will be carried for many generation. What a woman.

Love Maggie

A VIRTUOUS WOMAN

garysellhomes Sep 18, 2008

It seems like only yesterday I heard your laughter. The laughter that still echoes like the chiming of an old southern church bell. Only yesterday we were making plans to go to the drive-in for a family night at the movies. Not knowing that at the same time, GOD was also planning to bring you home and leave us with all your cherished memories.
I remember the first time we met. You almost seemed intimidating, but the depths of your eyes spoke volume to your gentle soul. It told a story only you could relate.
My only regret is not meeting you sooner. Not spending time with a virtuous, GOD fearing woman. Not having you tell the stories that is reminescent to the times in your life. The stories that I too can someday relate to your Grandson "Lil Man."
Now I can say thankyou. Thankyou for being a part of my life. Thankyou for the cherished memories. Thankyou to GOD for allowing you one complete week of bonding with your "Lil Man." Thankyou for all the complements to my cooking. Thankyou for being my "Ma."
I know one day the tears wil be replaced with nothing but your sweet memories, but for now, as I did then I'll say "see you later Ma" as you continue to watch over us until we meet again.
