Elizabeth Jean Gellert Tribute

Betty was such a devoted Grandmother. She would have done anything for them. We like all families had our up's and down's and our good days and bad. Unfortunately we allowed the bad to take over so we didn't have alot to do with her for quite sometime. But Betty was always special to me and i only hope she knew that. When we had good times we really did have great times. I remember her daughters 21st birthday that was a really good night and she doted on her 2 children. Betty would find any way and means of getting what she wanted for her family. Her illness was hard for alot of us to deal with and for that we will have to live with the precious time that we lost out on. I remember betty was the one that brought Amy's first high chair, car seat and a number of other things. When we lived with her and her daughter we had a ball there it was very cramped but it was great to be so close to them both and have that family bond. We had alot of great laugh's and it was such a shock to have lost both my in-laws in a matter of months of each other but i am just so glad i got the chance to say goodbye to you. I know you are both now at peace and looking over us keeping your grandchildren safe. We will be together again one day till then love and miss you always.xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox.
