Horst & I were friends and occasional lovers in his playing days, and he was one of the most fun, intelligent, interesting and entertaining players on the tour ... his death is a terrible shock and I am extremely saddened

I knew him also and I have been his girlfriend for a while..
I still miss him, he was such a nice guy. I have never met a man more caringly and thoughfully...
