About two weeks before Thanksgiving 2008 Jim said one day he was coming to our home to take down the wall between our living room and garage to make the living room larger.We had talked about the work before. I looked at Jim and said Its only two weeks before Thanksgiving and the kids were coming for the holiday I don't want to start if it can't be done by then .Jim said don't worry,Well the afternoon of the day before Thanksgiving it was finished.This was raising the floor of the garage, building a stone fireplace,taking down a wall, adding a large window, building a pantry, finishing the drywall and being ready for painting. Jim's son Jimmy helped his dad and his son Landon did the painting.The carpet was down and the work finished. Our family was all together for Thanksgiving in our new home.
