We all started Mourning,
On Mothers Day Morning,
For A Star Had Fallen.

You were a Flower,
Lent not Given,
From Gods Eternal Garden,

Its said God only takes The Best,
To let them Rest.

You went from having nothing, to having everything. You showed Courage, Determination and Bravery. You never gave up, You fulfilled your dream and so much more. Your legacy will forever live on in your beautiful boys. Everyone is going to miss you. My deepest sympathy's are with all your Family and Boys.
Heaven is where the Angels belong.
Rest In Peace Jade,
Never to be forgotten.
