Rest in Peace Jade. You were a true inspiration. So happy you got to marry Jack, you were so beautiful. My thoughts are with your mam, Jack , Jeff and your 2 Beautiful boys Bobby and Freddie. Also thinking of your Granny and Grandad. You touched so many people and your boys will be so proud of you. I know you will be watching them always. Rest in peace sweet angel xxxxxxxxx.
