Jade was such a fantastic mum to her little boys and also to her husband Jack Tweed. it was a total shock when you got cancer at the very early age 27 years old. On your wedding day you looked like a princes. you had a very bubbly personality and made people laugh at your jokes. But when you died on the 22nd of march 2009 your family was so devasted espicallt your mum. you was ever so brave fighting your cancer all the way until that very day you lost your battle to cancer.
