Jade was a fantastic mum to her two little boys but at the very early age of 27 you lost your battle to cancer and all your family and friends was devasted espically your mum. Jade your personality was bubbly and enertaining and always made people laugh. On your wedding day you looked like a princess. We was all shocked when you cancer and you kept fighting it all the way through but on the 22nd of march you took your last breath and now it has been a year without you.
