James Hughes Tribute

The body of James Hughes -- who was 22 years old but had the mental age of an 18-month-old -- was found at a property near his family home in the Church Hill area of Redditch, Worcestershire on Wednesday.

Hughes -- who suffered from a number of health problems, including epilepsy, and was usually in a wheelchair -- had been reported missing with his mother Heather Wardle, 39, on Saturday.
