Words can never say enough but prayers go a long way. Mine are with you and your family as you grieve the lost of your husband. Never heard his music but I felt as if I knew him through your songs. You once said he was the inspiration of some of your songs and that touched my heart. I could feel the love, the closeness. I know you will continue to keep that part of him alive in your heart forever! Let his star continue to cross your sky. Again, my thoughts and prayers are with you.

This is a terrible shock & great loss.Jason was v.funny & lovely man with a great talent.Im a friend of the band & i saw every haggis horns gig through 9 months of my pregnancy.They rocked the house & i danced my way to a smooth birth! I only wish i had seen him more.Thanks jase,you shall be missed.My heart goes out to corrine. all my love helen

Corinne, God will help you through this. I recently experienced a life changing event in which I also loss someone very close to me (shortly after sharing your music with them, and they loved your music). It felt as if it was impossible for me to handle the loss. Only through talking with God (asking for what I needed to help make me stronger, make me able to understand, accept and find peace) I have become stronger (and so, you can too (in your own time)). Corrine - my brother died aged 46 due alcohol drinking over a period of past 18 yrs when our mother passed. He couldn't deal with it..YET he was the only soul I've met who would make everyone open up and laugh - from the heart - he was and still is a beautiful presence. I didn't know Jason but from what I've read drugs/alcohol... we all know the dangers of excesses...we like to think. Its a tragic loss for you. Take comfort from your family and friends - and those who supported you with yr music - you have a truly beautiful voice. My heart goes out to you.
