Jeff was a personal friend of mine. I am having a very hard time trying to deal with this situation. He did not deserve to die and does not deserve all the negative media. Yes, Jeff had a problem when it came to drugs and alcohol, we all know that. He was in and out of jail numerous times as well but does that make all this okay? Absolutely not!!!!! I met Jeff through my cousin Ricki Fugard, and Jeff and I built a very strong friendship. He was a good person with a big heart. When his friends would cry, he would cry.I had 3 young children and I would ask him to not come over to visit if he was under the influence and he always respected that. He was good to my kids, he babysat them when I was stuck for a sitter. I trusted him with my life. He would come over on many occasions and take my kids to the park, just because. If I would get a new bf, trust me, he would interview them to make sure he was good enough for me and my kids...LOL.I loved him very much as a friend and I always will. My name is Shannon and I am proud to say that he was my friend and someone I can trust and talk too. I will miss him very much and will always remember his good qualities. Rest in Peace My Friend. I Love You!!! Shannon Stetler
