Jennifer L Cole Tribute

Pfc. Jennifer L. Cole died on August 2nd in Bayji, Iraq from injuries suffered from a gunshot wound. She was 34 years old, from American Canyon, California.

Pfc. Cole was assigned to the 426th Support Battalion, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) out of Fort Campbell, Kentucky.

The incident is still under investigation, although her mother was told that it was a non-combat wound. She is survived by her husband, Lamont C. Capers, and her mother and father of White Marsh, Maryland.
