John - Ivan the Terrible - Demjanjuk
John Demjanjuk (born Ivan Mykolaiovych Demianiuk; was a convicted WW-2 war criminal and a retired US auto worker. He was born in the Ukraineand emigrated to the United States in 1952, where here anglicized his name from "Ivan" to "John".
He was deported to 1986 to stand trial for war crimes, after being identified by Israeli Holocaust survivors as "Ivan the Terrible", a notorious prisoner/guard (KAPO) at Treblinka and Sobibor.
