Memories

I loved Joyce, and have many many loving memories...
I think of her so often, especially around Pesach. We spent much time cooking and preparing for this wonderful family holiday. She is dearly missed.....

Joyce and Sheldon

Stephanie Gugliemo Lynch Feb 28, 2009

I worked with Sheldon and Aaron at Morgan Stanley. I would speak with Joyce on the phone, or at office functions, and it was easy to see just how much she and Sheldon loved each other. Joyce was a wonderful and kind person.

Aaron and Sheldon, I am so very sorry for your loss.

Sheldon Kirsch (Apr 07, 2009)

Dear Stephanie, Thank you so much for your thoughts. Please give me a call if you have a chance.

Seeing Joyce at Macy's

Dianne Bender Feb 23, 2009

I was at Macy's, Sherman Oaks, on Feb. 9th, when lo and behold who should appear out of nowhere but our beloved Joyce Kirsch! Naturally, Joyce was en route to babysit, but she still found time to have a cup of tea with me. When prompted, Joyce proudly displayed photos of Dani from her cell phone. That said, Joyce also mentioned how much she loved all of her grandchildren, and wanted the ones in Washington, D.C. to get to know her and Sheldon better. I'm so glad that I was able to spend some quality time with Joyce before she was so abruptly taken from us.

Dinner with the Kirsches

Greg Dermer Feb 21, 2009

As a kid, I had Shabbat dinner many times with the family, and I very clearly recall the love that Sheldon and Joyce displayed for each other, and how welcome they made me feel in their home.

Aaron, I'm so, so sorry about this.
