First saw them in concert in Concord NH i forget the year. I was with my sister and good friend Therese. We were lucky enough to see them after the show. I think they were into my sis, as they were smiling most of the time with us. We got some awesome pics an autographs with them. Was such a great experience for us an me especially. I grew up loving them. They called us their NH family.
I was also lucky enough to have seen them a second time in Manchester NH. Such an awesome experience, any time seeing them! Growing up with them as a fan was awesome! I am happy knowing i made him laugh during one of his last few years on earth. At the end of the Manchester show he was asking the audience for songs to play. I kept screaming laughing gas, must have been 93' or 94', since the rerelease of the Randy Rhoades years came out then. He finally heard me an had a laugh over that one. Such an old one.
My Daughter took me to see Q.R. on 7-2-05 at the Zoo Amp. Theater in OK City and after their set they came out into the crowd and done a meet and greet. I bought a pic and all 4 signed it. I have been a fan since '83 and he will be seriously missed. Sure glad I went to that concert. RIP my friend

I REMEMBER SEEING QUIET RIOT BACK IN 1984 AT MARKET SQUARE ARENA IN INDIANAPOLIS. IT WAS A SOLD OUT SHOW AND THEY FREAKIN ROCKED THE HOUSE ! THAT'S WHEN THEY GAVE YOU A MASK WHEN YOU CAME TO THE SHOW.WISH I STILL HAD THAT DAMN THING. OH WELL. YOU'LL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED KEVIN. SUCH A GREAT VOICE. MAY GOD REST YOUR SOUL.
I met all the guys in Quiet Riot at a meet and greet at a record store back in 83. Metal Health was just taking off but the guys were nice enough to sign autographs and take pictures. I'll never forget the infectious smile that Kevin had on his face. He was a great singer and he will be missed.
Wow I can't believe he's gone at such a young age. I just found out about his death the other day.
When Quiet Riot came out with their first record back in 83 when I was only 13 their the band that got me into loving Heavy Metal. They we're such a power house. I had a crush on Kevin and had Quit Riot all over my walls. When Quiet Riot came to my State of Oregon for a signing at record store (sorry can't remember the name of the store) I brought my record, and Kevin was the very first that sighed my Record and I went to their show that night. "Kevin may you rest in peace you will be missed. " The song Thunderbird that was for Randy is also for you.
it was probably '78,79 i was sitting in my car in front of the Whiskey on Sunset, when Kevin and Randy with two girls walked right in front of my car at the red light. My girlfriend was sitting shotgun and she went nuts...they smiled at us...it was f$#kin' awesome! Rest in peace Kevin and Randy.
Kevin you had one of the best voices in metal for years (and to the present day). Shame I never got to see you perform live as Quiet Riot never came to Ireland, at least that I know of. Hope your OK up there singing with the angels and remember........The Wild And The Young, they live to be free!
Quiet Riot's NH family!
