Lauren Burk Tribute

I didnt know Lauren Burk, however my sister Lauren did. My older sister is a Delta Gam as well and met Lauren Burk through rush in Auburn, both freshmen. My sister called the morning after completely devistated, one of her friends had to go through this horrible tragedy. It hit a little close to home for us because the dorms she had left that night happen to be the same dorm complex my sister lives in, therefor she was walking the same footsteps my sister takes everyday. My cousin was murdered in a similar way in the early 80's, so I know what a family goes through after a tragedy such as this one....It stays with you everyday, and will effect you for the rest of your life. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. Lauren Burk was a beautiful, and from what I understand a wonderful person. No one deserves this, no family deserves a phone call with news like this on the other end. I will continue to pray for justice, and for the Burk family
