Lucky has been inspiration to me my whole life. Everytime i am going through hard times i listen to his song and it brings me joy and hope. i cried when i heard this terrible tradedy because he a good man and by far the best raggea artist in my generation. i pray to God to bless his soul. i know he gone forever but i believe words would remain with us forever. also send my regards to his wife and children to take heart because just like his in one of his songs "it not easy" to lose a good father and a good husband.
The only thing I can add to these comments are my tears. I felt as though I 'knew' him, though I never even had the privilege of seeing him in concert. He was a handsome man, a marvelous singer; a gentle 'spirit'. He'll be missed be all who loved his music and his 'person'. May we have the blessing of seeing his beautiful face again someday--in the 'Land of Peace'.
Man i am cying ,i am crying for you.But i know that what you said is true: Rasta never die.You have been a very very great artist in Africa and anywhere in the world! i know that you had some problems with the government and i am sure that your death is due by this government and i invite south africa peoples to do something to know the real reason of your death if they really like you. It's a great loss, losing Dube! But for him let us pray Jah to allow him survival through his big soul and that Dube keep on ascending until his home :Paradise.
Let Jah also soothe our broken hearts in misunderstanding into clear understanding of all what happens in our lifetime: be it sad or joyous or whatever.
To my mind the thing is to be always positive in the very mind and then in everyday actions. Dube IS an example, yes IS and not was because he is STILL LIVING brothers and sisters like all positive minded others.
What´s a pain and sorrow in me, why it happened to you? as you said, we´re the victims every time and nobody can stop reggae even they´re killing the kings of reggae. Your music and preducations, I´ll keep it all my life. May your soul rest in peace in the Jesus name amen.

Indeed, we are living in a crazy world as he said. Nothing really justifies this act of killing. I believe Jah is watching and the killers will never go scot free.
