About

Luis

The short-haired dog Genesis seemed to be walking aimlessly throughout the modest bungalow, greeting an endless stream of people who came to console the family of Luis Estrada-Lemmon.

The 19-year-old tool-and-die student at Oakville's Sheridan College was stabbed to death early Saturday outside a Mississauga strip club on Kennedy Rd., just a few kilometres south of his home.

His mother, Lynda Lemmon, spoke of how her son was kind, caring, involved and often the centre of whatever familial whirlwind that would end with everyone laughing.

But one question continues to dog her: "Why?"

And there are no answers to explain why the graduate of Cardinal Leger Catholic Secondary School in Brampton is dead.

Memories

" What are you sayinnnnnng'? "

Angela Feb 24, 2010

Those were the first words exchanged each and every time we seen each other.
Day in and day out, it always made me laugh.

Memories of us growing up tickles my mind with each passing day.
A familiar smell, occasions that come and go, people I often or never see - you name it, and they make me think of you.
It used to be bothersome and painful to think of them, think of you.
But, now, I welcome them - it's a realization that memories are what we have of you - and no one can take that.

I remember your laugh, I remember how you'd piss off your sister - but still get her to do what you wanted, I miss hanging out in the park and at the cottage.
I just miss hanging out with you and your fam.

Memories will keep us bonded for life Lucho - and for that I am forever grateful.
You're a 'brother from another mother'.
<3 x a million.
Angepants.

My Memory of Lucho

Nadine Campbell Dec 17, 2008

luis was my best friend. im so sad that he's gone. i miss him everyday.
the day i found out i was watchin CP-24,and i saw lucho's name. at first i thought he did something spectacular like he always did, but then i say what it said.
i cant believe someone would take him away. he was such an amaizing person. he wasnt selfish, unless it came to food lol...he loved his moms cookin.
i sit here thinkin what am i gonna do without him. he was everything u'd want in a friend. and to kno that im gettin ready to have christmas, and i wont hear his voice on my phone sayin " merry x mas Lil one"... its killing me.
i love u luis. and i thank god for allowing me to be one of the privaledged ones who got to kno u.
i love u so much babes. Rest in peace.

Jeny, thank you for making this site.

I feel privileged to have known Luis. If you were lucky enough to have had him in your life, you would remember his contagious energy and optimism which I miss very much.

He made me laugh and I know he loved his family and friends...
We'll always remember him and the wonderful person he was.

Von

My Memory

Judy Daniel Apr 12, 2008

I remember a cute little butterball who was proud because he could make a bigger splash in the pool than his sister! And a confident teen, sure enough of himself to don a beard and a towel, and appear on stage as one of Joseph's brothers. A talented and promising young man.
