Once upon a time...
1955 - 1975
Lynda lived in Sunderland where she was born and bread. She was very popular within the local community. A friendly and kind young lady, who was not only known for her personality, but for her incredible good looks too. She was a hard worker but enjoyed socialising aswell. She started her work as a nurse for the elderly in the local old peoples home.1975 - 1985
Lynda had moved to Jersey at the age of 21 and was enjoying working in the hotel industry. She had settled with her husband to be.They later set up their own restaurant that was very succesfull. In october 1985 they had their first child together Natalie.1985 - 2007
In 1989 the couple had their second child Olivia-Marie (me) . They then moved to Madeira in 1995. They stayed there for seven years before returning to England. Lynda was diagnosed with advanced cancer at the age of 42 and given 2 months only to live. She managed to survive a miraculous 12 years, before passing away on the 7th of November in Durham Hospital. Her positive attitude and her outstanding courage amazed everyone and touched the hearts of many.Sponsorship
