MANUEL ALICEA Tribute

Manuel Alicea was born on January 12, 1945.  In 1950, he emigrated to New York City with his father, Manuel, his mother, Gloria and his brother, Rafael.  In 1966, he married his high school sweetheart, Alma.  In 1967, his first son, Manuel Dean was born. He was also the loving father of Daniel (1973), Darcie (1975) and Darrien (1982).

In 1972, Manuel Alicea gave his life to Jesus Christ.  Five years later, he assumed his first pastorship in the Bronx, New York.  In 1982, he became the pastor of a church in Queens, now called, Jesus Christ Tabernacle / Tabernaculo de Jesucristo. 

Pastor Alicea, impacted the lives of all that his godly example touched until he went home to be with his Savior in 2005.
