Beautiful American Marine (BAM)

Hans York May 31, 2011

I deeply regret the Corps' failure to disseminate the protection order for Maria. The enabling legislation was huge, letting any & all courts, tribal, Federal & specific, put orders into NCIC.
That said, the lowest individuals I ever knew were Marines who victimized their comrades. This should never have happened.
Maria & her child should still be with us.
Godspeed & fair winds, Marine.

its just not fair

never forgotten

someone who prays for your family Feb 08, 2009

I never knew you Maria and never met anyone who knew you but from day one when first hearing your story of you being missing I always was hoping you would be found ok but had a bad gut feeling something just wasn't right then they found you in a worse way to find anyone and my heart dropped.I just wanted to reach out to your family and friends and hug them and let them cry on my sholder but there was no way of doing that but always did I pray for them all and pray that justice would be found and that awful crule man would pay for what he did.I mean he took you away from your family making them feel so much pain. This man has punished your family for no reason at all.You had a short life and that's not fair at all.I know you are in a better place and I'm sure God has already given you your wings because you desreve them.It is a crule world and so many bad people in this world and it doesn't seem they get punshed enough for it. I have notice some people do alittle wrong or they do soemthign that was a mistake and they get punshed alot worse but then someone like this guy who did what he did to you doesn't get enough punshment and that's not right.Either way I do believe on judgement day he will pay for what he did.Maria, always make sure you send your family a sign letting them know you are there with them and you are watching over them.Your family and friends will never forget you Maria so you don't ahve to worry about that.I know they think about you every second that goes by.Apart of them knows you are still there with them. Spread your wings and fly Maria because you are a beautiful angel. God bless you .
