I have known Touma for years all the way back to Ft Drum, NY. It was my first duty station and I had the opportunity to work with her at the clinic. She was always happy, ALWAYS. She was always laughing. No matter what she had going on in her personal life she came to work with a smile. She was good at her job and fun to be around. Never did I think I would be stationed with her again after I found out she was PCS'ing to Germany. About 3 years later, I got orders and come to find out...Touma was in my same command. I was suprised and excited to see a familiar face. I was just in Spain with her last month. We went on a bus trip to Barcelona in May and I just remember seeing her dancing all over the dance floor, having a great time. She was so excited about having the baby and moving to Bragg. She was really looking forward to the new life that was coming her way. I'm totally shocked and saddened by what's happened. I can't process it, she was just here. I guess the only way to explain this tragedy is to remember the good die young. She was a good person with a kind heart. Rest in Peace Touma and we will remember you, always.
