About
The best lady ever.
Olive was a loving daughter, sister, aunt. As her life moved on she meet her husband Jim they then spent 53 years together..Having 5 children sadly their second daughter died. She was still born at eight months. Olive and Jim never forgot her over the later years I asked what was her name? They didn't give her a name as it was sudden and was a very quiet thing years ago. We chatted and gave her the name Olivia. Ruby, Ollie and Jimmy came along and then Sandra. Olive cared for family, and her brother's Bobby and Johnny who she adored very much. She did with all her brother's and sister's. She had a great bond with children not only her own but other children. She hugged and kissed them. She had her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Victoria her only son's daughter they had a bond no one could break. The two of them shared a love like no other. It was what a granddaughter and granny should have together all the love in the world. Sadly our dad died in 2001. It took so much away from mum. She lost the love of her life, she was lost without him. I watched Olive change from that. Olive being Olive she kept going! I spent all my time with Olive she wasn't my mum-in-law! She was my bestest friend! We shared something that only friends could share and I adored her so much. Victoria would spend her days at granny's house even her sleepovers. This made Olive feel so good. Sadly our mum, friend, granny, aunt went to care for others in heaven on the 27th of April 07. It was a sudden parting from her, I left her on the 26th at 11.30pm she told me she was fine a little tired but it was a busy day as we had her at the doctor's. We waved to each other and said 'see you in the morning god spares us'! That was the last words we said to each other but little did we know that! Olive and I spoke about when she died what she wanted. She also died how she wanted! She was at home, no long illness or us having to go to hospital, She was in the home where she lived for near 70 years. Her family took her home to heaven. They where waiting for her. It didn't make it easy for us the sudden parting. It was heart breaking and still is. I miss you with all my heart and I know you are with us always I love you so much and miss you more...One special lady you are my 'Oliveade' xxxxx
A lovely lady
