Paul Mang'oli Lukingi,is a Kenyan citizen who hails from Bungoma East District in Sitikho village.He's a Material Technologist in Civil engieering,Having coducted the following projects~Reconstruction of Rongo-Homabay Road (as Lab Technician) ,Emergency maintainance of RodiKopany-Sori road(as inspector of works~materials), Rehabilitation of Tabaka-Suneka-Kisii road(as material technologist),Maintainance of Mukuyu-Ranen-Migori road(Technican),Reconstruction of Ruambwa-Portvictoria road (material technologist).Paul is also aqualified driver.
