Peter B. Davis Tribute

Peter was person who truly cared for the City and its health-care. During my time in City Hall, he always was ready to commit whatever resources he could to accommodate the creation of a City Health Center for the poor. Although we never succeeded, his commitment was a ray of light in that difficult process.
