Not a day goes by that I don't think about this guy. I created this memorial in Philip's memory. He was an excellent friend and is still missed very much.

Tragic loss of a friend

28-year-old Philip Matthew Phe from Bakersfield died when his truck left the roadway and overturned Tuesday morning.

He died at the scene of the accident off of southbound I-5 a mile south of Highway 46, deputy coroner investigator Regina Mancera said. The accident occurred at 8:44 a.m.

Ohe was wearing a seat belt.
