Spirit of John Paul II?
This photo shows a bonfire that believers say is the spirit of the late Pope John Paul II making a blessing.
The picture was taken by amateur photographer Grzegorz Lukasik, atop Matyska mountain in southern Poland, on April 2, during a vigil marking the second anniversary of the Polish pope's death.
At left is a 1995 photo of the pope taken in Skoczow, Poland. Interest in the photo is so high that European religious web sites have crashed.
