God bless the family of this boy!! May he rest in peace!!! I hope whoever did that to him gets caught. I don't understand how it is to lose someone but i have seen people go through it. God bless you guys!! I know your son is in heaven and lord is watching over him.

awwhh . bless. just imagine what his parents are going through !
justt think . they are never going to see there little baby boy ever again,
im 13 and if he was'nt shot by some spineless teenagers ,, he would be my age now ;( 2 year he's been gone and agony for him family !
who ever has done this should get the same back. why would u shoot a 11 little boy like that ?!?! there's no reason what so ever ! he was'nt doing nothing wrong he was just walking home from football practace doing nothing to you so you go and shoot him :@ you spineless peece of skum drop dead ! now he wont be walking home from football practace ever agin. all because u pulled a trigure ! oh wait he wont be walking anywere ever agin . stuped people drop dead.. anyway all my love to rhys jones and family xxx

My great uncle tom recently passed away in september it was shortly after school began for me this happened during my 1st year of junoir high butt know I`m in the 7th grade.
my thoughts about this is the killer is crazy why did you have to do this butt at least the kill is in jail for life.

no body deseves this could of been my best friend amber or her little eric or it could of been been both of them.
look on the bright side he is in heaven looking down on you guys mr and nrs rhys when you guys get to heaven you all will be looking down on your other family members butt know he is saving you guys a spot till then he is keeping your spot warm for you guys trust me I have been through the lost of more than 1 family memeber.
both of my grandmas are dead and my grandpas are dead my grandpa james he died before i was even born cause i was born in 1997 and he died in 1989
when my dad`s mom died I was only 7 years old butt when i`m at school and see other kids with their grand parents it just makes me sad that both sets of my grand parents are now gone i just think about them when i see other kids who still have their grand parents.

Like the Jones's family my child was also murdered.The man who did this truly awful thing is now in prison.My child, Jenny, like Rhys, was just an innocent going about her very ordinary life when she was murdered and her body dumped somewhere we still do not know. I to and my family live with the loss everyday, Having been the thru the ordeal and a trial it is the worst loss you can imagine.Losing the person is terrible but knowing someone else has taken there life is far far worse. The greiving process will happen and many of your thoughts will change over the years. If I can offer any words of comfort I hope these words will help. Just because your child has gone you will never ever stop loving them.They are always ,always part of your family. Know one else will ever be Rhy's parent,except you. Try,if at all possible to keep alive all the wonderful memories you have of your sweet boy and spend as little time leting the murderer get into your mind or hearts. Accept all the offers of help and be kind to yourselves. I watched your story unfold on TV and I was so disgusted and angry at how long it took to catch the culprit.I know that you are a loving ,strong , decent family . Be strong. You are a good family who never ever deserved this too happen .
