Grandma would be so proud of you, Kim. This site you made for Grandma is simply beautiful. Thank you so much for this moving portrait. Isn’t it curious how you can smile and tear up at the same time?

I remember how the two of you enjoyed each other’s company. Grandma loved when you polished her nails, gave her a facial then made her so pretty with lipstick and makeup. You two had so much in common.

Whenever I would say goodbye to Grandma she would always say, “I’ll be thinking of you.” I don’t think a day has gone by when I have not thought of her. We will always have those wonderful memories of Grandma and because of them she will always be with us.

During the last years of her life it got harder and harder to say goodbye after a visit. I would hug her over and over telling her how much I loved her. Grandma would just smile and say "You're going to miss me when I'm gone." Grandma, you're right. I miss you more than you will ever know.

It a wonderful comfort to know that you chose to spend your last moments on earth with me holding you until you fell asleep.
