Wrongly taken away!
A 21-year-old Morris Knolls High School graduate was killed by police following an altercation during a traffic stop in Denville.
Reuben Martinez was shot after a high-speed chase down Franklin Road in Denville. Police say the chase began after Martinez was stopped at the intersection of North Shore and Franklin Road. Martinez apparently attempted to flee and was shot. His car crashed through a fence behind a home on Franklin and slammed into an above-ground swimming pool on Franklin Road.
A teacher who knew Martinez at Morris Knolls High School said he was in town to attend his younger brother's graduation from the school, which was set for tonight.

Yes, spread your wings Ruben. Be the guardian angel for your mother, father, brother, friends and family. I know you are always watching them and protecting them. I would not be surprised if you would protect Officer Byrne too.
