Untimely Death of a Loved One

Samuel died after crashing his motorcycle into a creek in southeast Oklahoma City on Friday afternoon, and officials said they fear motorcycle crashes will continue to increase.

The teen was reportedly under water before emergency crews arrived on the scene near SE 149 and Peebley Road. The 15-year-old boy was pronounced dead after being transported to a nearby hospital. Authorities said it's the latest in an increasing number of motorcycle wrecks.

"Last weekend we had a total of 10. One of those was a dirt bike and another an ATV, and one of those was a fatality," Trooper Betsy Randolph said.

Statistics for Oklahoma show motorcycle accidents ending in death or an injury have doubled in the past 10 years.

It's been too long since I saw you last, & the last time I saw you my heart broke every second & I couldn't keep the tears away.. BUT the first time I saw you, I was in 8th grade, you in seventh & I could not miss you in the hallway..that boy with the bright blonde hair, blue eyes, & that smile..Not knowing then that we would build such a wonderful friendship, & also not knowing then, that I'd have to lose such a wonderful friend. There are too many great memories that we have shared. & I know you are up in Heaven wishing & hoping the best for all of us.. I still wonder if things would have gone differently if I had called that day..I beat myself up about it sometimes, but I know you would tell me to knock it off, I know in my heart now that this was Gods will, & nothing could change that. You will NEVER be forgotten or missed any less, no matter how many years that pass, Always in my heart Sam<3

Samuel i miss you so much. I wish you could walk the stage with us this year. We will all be thinking of you when we do. I miss seeing you every morning when i got off the bus and got gum from you. I always told people that you were the "gum boy" lol anyways i love you samuel!

Idk what it is Samuel but youve been on my mind alot lately. Iv had to make some pretty big changes lately and even tho they werent easy something was telling me I had to do it. and for some reason I feel like it was you telling me to. I love you Samuel and I miss you so much. You could always make me smile. Im so happy I was able to have someone like you in my life... I love you!! :*(
