Thomas and Mark Sokolowski Tribute

Twin 17-year-old brothers died when their car struck a tree in western New York.

West Seneca Town Police say Thomas and Mark Sokolowski of Cheektowaga died after their 1993 Honda Civic swerved off the road and crashed into a tree on Main Street around 11:30 a.m. Friday.

It was unclear which brother was driving. The accident is under investigation.

The boys would have been seniors this fall at West Seneca East High School. They were reportedly coming from a soccer team practice when the accident happened, according to WIVB in Buffalo.
